Pillar Five (5) of the customer's decision: The vehicle. Finally we're talking about the vehicle! Yes, that's what they're here to buy, but it's only on fifth of the decision. It's all about distinct or unique value. It matters to the customer, it's on the car, and it can't be duplicated.
