We're excited to hear you're considering a career in automotive sales! This is one of the most challenging, and rewarding sales jobs on the planet. The skills and habits acquired in learning to sell cars are universal to sales, and will start your sales career on the right path.

During the workshop we'll break down your DISC personality assessment to help you understand exactly what - in your personality - makes you a good fit for a sales role. We'll also identify some pitfalls to avoid as you get started. 

Next we'll dive into the science of selling, the "flow" of selling vehicles, and the vast potential of the industry you're considering. By the end, you'll have an understanding of selling that will make you a HIGHLY effective salesperson, no matter where you end up. You'll also have a basic working knowledge of the process of selling cars, from the first introduction to the final close, and you'll be ready to charge into your new career with optimism. 

If you discover at any point that you don't feel you're a good fit for sales, you're free to leave. As this workshop is at no cost/no charge, just stand up, wave, and walk out! No pressure whatsoever.
