What it takes to get something done.

Let's talk about what it takes to get something done:
The Why - Practical (money, tangible things), and Purposeful (the mission, the deeper meaning).
The How - The methods and mechanics, specific words and phrases, tools required, to get it done.
The Do - Motivation, inspiration, and the right mindset.
Don't justify, believe!
Reflection and Discussion:
What's your "practical why?" What tangible things (money or possessions) do you acquire, or hope to acquire?
What's your "purposeful why?" Why do you show up to work every day to sell cars? What mission are you trying to accomplish, or what life goals are you trying to achieve by doing this job?
Do you feel that you have everything you need as far as the "how?" Do you feel equipped to get the job done, based on your skills, habits, support, and access to tools?
What's the most difficult part of the job, as far as it affects your motivation? What's the thing that you have to do, that when you think about it, just makes you want to find anything else to do...
Think of an area where you'd like to do better (in the car business or in life); what justifications are you telling yourself, that hold you back from accomplishing your goal?
How could you "prove it" to yourself, that this thing (this justification) is, in fact, only a limiting BELIEF? Even with proof, could you ever get to the point where it stops holding you back?
