This is the biggest thing most trainers are missing: sales is not word tracks and processes. Sales is guidance towards a confident buying decision. Word tracks, scripts, and closing lines DO help you regulate the flow of the transaction, and it's important to recognize where you might be getting stuck and come up with strategies to keep things moving forward.
