Proposal for Sales Phone Coaching

Process for phone training:
- Credit questions (how to bypass credit questions in the right way to maximize profit potential).
- Trade value objections (how to promise the best value in town without locking in a number).
- Price objections (learning the difference between reflex and sincere objections, how to stay on track and set an appointment to work it out here at the store)
Communicating the above processes with salespeople to help build cohesion and eliminate the customer's ability to leverage mis-communications against us (often ending in gross giveaway)
To do this effectively I'd like to be on site to kickstart the launch of your new processes and get buy-in from everyone involved. Kickstarts can happen virtually, but are more effective in person. After the kickstart we'll provide virtual support through one-on-one phone coaching, virtual training sessions, and virtual call reviews. You'll receive a scorecard every month for each of your sales consultants. The scripts provided will be based on our best recommendations that have proven success, but will be customized to your specific processes guidelines. We have 3 options based on different levels of support:
- Establishing a standard process for all inbound calls in four categories:
- General New
- Specific Used
- General Used
- Specific New
